the start up screen need to have a shut down button on it too,so don't have to log off and go to the next screen to shut it down.

You could use the the tutorial below to create or download a shutdown shortcut on your desktop.

Afterwards, you could use the tutorial below to pin the Shutdown shortcut to the metro "Apps" screen, then pin it to the metro "Start" screen from the "Apps" screen.
