I have been using linux for the past 6 years and tried multiple distros and i have decided to install windows back on my desktop pc.
4gb ram
AMD Phenom(tm) II X6 1055T Processor × 6
nvidia geforce gtx460
1tb HDD
so i went out today a purchased windows 8 64bit oem (not installed it yet as currently backing up) and my desktop doesn't have uefi but guessing this doesn't matter. i have been using windows 8 on my laptop so know the new interface (sort of) just have a couple of questions.
can i read ext3 partitions as it holds some file i might need.
is there anything that i need to know or any tips.
