"You don't have permission to save to your current ..."

I was hoping these permission issues from Windows 7 would have been resolved, but apparently not. Using the default Scan software, I've specified the directory for saved images to be on a secondary drive, but the images won't save.

Any suggestion as to how I can resolve this issue? Preferably on a system-wide basis, so other software doesn't run into a similar issue (although, other software is able to save to the drive without issue, thus far).

Does it work, if you run the program as administrator?
