it may be because your hardware has become quite old & even compatibility issues. check if the card works on other PC good.also did this happen the first you installed the card,if not boot with the integrated card, then, in device manager check for a warning yellow blip for the Nvidia drivers. if there is one, you need to update your card drivers.

The fact that video card worked before and then stopped can also mean that is broken. You have to check first if it is working on another compatible computer. Depending on your motherboard you may also check if onboard video is disabled in the BIOS, some MBs can not switch to other video card automatically. Another thing to try is by booting into Safe Mode or by booting from a CD or USB memory card with another OS like Linux.

you say that video card is broken but the monitor is presenting while windows open and then windows restart
(is that mean the video card is broken?)

What I mean as in "broken" is that some part of it , like memory, power section or GPU itself is not working right and unless you are certain everything on it is working like it should. IT is not a very rare occurrence that there are or later develop cold solder points and things get screwy, unless you are sure that video card is all right, there's no point hunting other causes.
