Other then some programming apps and ISO size any other differences between the 2 Win8 Alpha's?
Pro or Con.

Erm, I believe that there will be only one version of the Windows 8 Alpha released to the public, that being the Developer Preview.

The next version we will see is the Beta.

I'm not really expecting any massive changes, except for modifications to the taskbar, start screen, and explorer (seeing as those are all the focus points)... Though I do kind of feel that desktop icons are a bit redundant now, so I wonder what they'll do with those.

Well there are the developer tools, of course, but I believe that there is not much difference if you are not a developer yourself. If you are just a power user looking to install the Developer Preview to see what it is like and get into the swing of it, install the regular 32/64 bit version.
If you are looking to code apps and such yourself, then get the one with the Dev Tools. I am not quite as knowledgeable on the dev front. :)

Metro UI folders would be cool. Especially if they behaved in a manner similar to iOS folders.
