Final version of Windows 8.1

No real news as of yet, however, the rumor mill has anytime from the end of August to the end of October. With the amount of work that MS has been putting into it, and I had to fashion a guess then probably around the end of October (don't take that to the bank). . .:thumbsup:

MS stated it would go final (RTM) in late August. That is when the OEM's get it. Their are still bugs that need to be cleaned up before then.

Not really sure though at this point it would usually be MS is now cleaning it up for the release to OEMs.
