vaio tap keyboard not working

Okay, I restarted my computer because I was getting rid of KasperSky and needed to restart. And all of a sudden, my keyboard isn't working anymore. I changed the batteries so that's not it, also it lights up. I had this vaio tap for over 30 days already and this suddenly happened. Right now I am using a laptop, but I'd appreciate help asap! Thanks!

Also, the volume buttons on the keyboard work.
So it's just something with the actual letters not working

It's a vaio tap 20. It's wireless.
And it's still not working. I don't know what's the problem with it

Could be Batteries, could be connection. There should be a "connect" button on the KB. try pressing that and resetting it. IR or BlueTooth? If it's Bluetooth, try re-pairing the device.

I just want to let everyone know that it wasn't batteries or the connection.
I took it into BestBuy and got a refund because they could not fix it, and in fact Sony is not continuing to sell the tablets because of the huge amount of problems.
And now I have a dell and a HP tower which seems to be working great so far!

Wireless Keyboard not working try this, it has worked on two computers so far with similar problem. (Control Panel) (Ease of Access Center) (select make the keyboard easier to use) (Turn on filter Keys) the box should not be ticked if it is then undo tick then (apply changes then ok) close program. Hope it works for you
