    Boot Order

I deleted my OS on ssd accidently while i put my win 8 dvd to delete partitions. Now nothing is left . when i go to setup F2 , and go to boot order , there are only lan IP v 4 and Lan IP v6 .
I cant install win 8 from dvd , error keep coming up saying a media driver your computer needs is missing . i just installed windows 8 this afternoon and this suddenly happened at night.

    Please anyone help.

Sounds like your SSD drive and your optical drives are not detecting in the BIOS. Can you get into your BIOS and check the detected drives? You may have to do an Auto-Detect- I don't see why it would not be seeing your Optical Drive. You may have "Boot Profiles" in there, depending on the system, and those are an SOB to set up. The HD and Optical Drive may be excluded from Boot.

The question is, can you get into the BIOS at all, if your system had UEFI, it's possible you only had access to it via Windows 8's advanced start settings.

Remove Disk 0 the old Dell HDD, replace with the new SSD with the new install, & making sure Windows Boot Manager is first boot device in UEFI/BIOS firmware.

Was he replacing the drive? Sounded here like he had deleted an SSD partition with the system on it accidentally, which would be a goat ____. If the Boot Partition ain't there, how do you set the boot order?
