Opening apps in non administrator profiles

I just downloaded Google's Picasa photo sharing app on windows 8. The app will only open when in my administrator profile. how can I open this app in other profiles. Thanks for any help.

When you installed it , did it ask you who should have access to it , sometimes these things ask if it should be accessible from just the installing account or everyone as part of the process....

if so uninstall and re-install with different a choice at that point might work.

Yes, most apps ask you if you are installing the app "just for yourself" or for "everybody" - Go back into Admin, and re-install it, and choose "Everybody" - If it does not give you that option, then elevate your account to an Admin account.
