A real problem with Delta search!

Hi i have a problem with Delta Search. I found it on my system so I decided to recover my system from an earlier point in time. Done that and it was still there! So, I recovered to factory settings, and it's still there...
I have tried such things as Trojan remover and spy hunter but it won't get rid of it what can I do?

Just to confirm this is a store bought PC; yes? If so, and you restored it to factory settings, I don't see how it could still be there unless it was somehow included as bloatware "out of the box." However, if this is a home-built PC, then I don't understand what factory settings would actually mean...

I had this problem with Delta Search once and I had to do a clean install after trying Malwarebytes, Superanti spyware, you could try posting in the System Security section of this forum, some security experts might be able to help you remove that annoying program.
Delta search installed in my laptop even after unchecking while I was installing some third party utility.

EDIT: I have just found this but I'm not sure whether it will help you but worth a try:Remove Delta Search (Uninstall Guide)

    It's a Samsung Laptop.
    Nothing to do with Bloatware.
I downloaded VLC player and it asked me if I wanted to install Delta search I clicked no but now it's on there and I can't get rid of it. Even by resetting to factory default OS.

    Just figured it out!
When you re-flash your OS, you are still logged into IE on Microsoft's system. So therefore you need to remove from the browser not the OS.

Go to tools top right hand corner of IE.
    Click on "Manage add ons.
    Click on search.
    Delete "Delta search".
