Hi. I have a hp omni 120 pc win8 1.4ghz 4 gb ram when I press the power button on it shows the loading circle with hp but then a window pops up and say cannot complete windows installation in safe mode restart and try again this keeps happening when I finished doing a recovery on it and when I press f11 to factory reset it it shows a baby blue color blank screen then it shuts down help pls?
