Phew. I was worried there for awhile thinking I was (or wasn't) seeing things.
I have searched a large number of websites trying to find anyone else who has the same issue but, so far, nothing.
I'm not sure what else to try; however, if I can't figure it out I'm likely to use a 3rd party product anyway.
I've been reading good things about macrium imaging, so I might try that route if I can't figure this out today or tomorrow.

There is still something strange about this issue that concerns me so when you get home, could you please give us a screenshot of your current partition structure like this:

    Attachment 24418

Now, bear in mind that yours will (most likely) look quite different; however, I'm really starting to lean towards this having something to do with the X2020 OEM install (unless you have done a clean install). However, if you have not touched the partition structure, I would be on the phone with ASUS pronto!

I will do that when I get home from work.
I did add a new partition for data, but that's it though.

I was thinking about just having 1 partition for boot and OS (together) and using a 3rd party imagining software for my image backups. I understand there is a little 'dance step' needed to move everything I need to one partition, but if I decide to abandon Windows 8 imagining software, I don't think I'd need the recovery partition, etc. and I could just use one partition. Oh well, that will be good for another post if I can't figure it out on my own.
