While I appreciate your effort - if you actually READ the document it's not useful at all -- it really is basically just typical Sales Spiel and most of the document just seems to emphasize the Windows Store.

If you (like me) were looking for technical info or some of the inner workings of Windows 8.1 - for example on detailed customising possibilities etc you will be SORELY disappointed.

The document is simply a typical "Pre-Sales" presentation.
