After a while my computer said's this...

"Repairing disk errors. This might take over an hour to complete."

The thing is, that it has been doing so since 24 hours long, since i let it do the "repair" now i try using the W8 disk to repair or restart the system but only by letting untouched of my personal files, but then after awhile it said something like it couldn't do nothing because something unexpected happen. Now i am trying again, but it appears the same message about repairing disk. What is going on?. Please help.

P.s. Everytime i turn on my PC it automatically do a repair and a check up and then it tries to repair the Windows (C:) but nothing happens afterwards because it appears the... "Repairing disk errors. This might take over an hour to complete."

No i am not

There are people here who can better help you than I in this matter.

Microsoft has made it difficult to enter Safe Mode.
Not being on the affected computer will, in my opinion, be beyond my ability to help you.
Sorry. :(

EDIT---

If you get the computer up & running, Get BootUI Tuner.
There are 2 links about it in my signature. :)

Thanks much :) I'll be here

OK.

I just did the Automatic Repair option.

I have been having trouble restarting lately, so I gave it a shot to see if I could fix my problem.

The Automatic Repair couldn't fix it.
It prompted me to do a Restore.
It said some programs may need to be re-installed.

I chose the Restore option.
It took a while.
It restored & booted right up.

I did not lose any programs, thankfully.

You might want to try it.

It say something about "No restore points have been created "

You did it wrong.
You must have chosen Restore & not Automatic Repair.

Leinad? If an Automatic Repair takes longer than two hours, even one hour, it's a good bet you have some bad spots on your hard drive, and Automatic Repair cannot fix these. The Auto Repair is trying to run a Full CHKDSK, and if you have Bad Sectors/Read Element Failure, the CHKDSK can take days to finish, damaging your hard drive due to heat. If you could see the results like you could if you were running CHKDSK in DOS, you would see that it is finding errors one after another in just about every file on the system. Ya really don't want to keep running it that way.

I always suggest making a GWscan boot disk and using that program to check the drive, there is a step by step process, first it checks SMART, then it does a short scan, if there is Read Element Failure, it will want to run a Full scan, these only take an hour to run. GWscan and other hard drive testing tools are all on Hiren's Boot CD, link is below my Pic.

I just had to do it on my Media PC again, because I had a couple of Blue Screens and Freezes. It found "Read Element Failure" so I ran it, then I ran CHKDSK from within Mini-XP which is also on Hiren's, and then my system booted normally.

You should try that, then try the Auto Repair again - Because if you have bad sectors... I'm not sure what ":Read Element Failure" means, I don't know if it is Bad Sectors or just the MBR and Master Disk Tables being messed up, but GWscan finds it and fixers it.

I suggest running GWscan only because you said the Auto Repair was taking 24 hours, did it ever finish? You don't have to use GWscan, you can use whatever hard drive tools come with the Disks you have, Seagate has one, Toshiba has one. GWscan runs on many different brands and that's why I suggest it, Try it, see what it says about your Drive. Even if it is a good drive, at least you'll have that out of the way.

Recently lost my Windows 8 on my main PC, had to go back to Windows 7.
Windows 8 has NO interest in fixing anything.

It always wants to reset, recover , or restore..

I fix all boot issues with a Windows 7 repair disk.

You will lose the fancy blue swirling boot gui, but your boot will be rock solid.

If your only option is to reinstall, I suggest you give the Win 7 boot repair a try.

But BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP your important data first!

You can use a Windows 7 disk to fix 8 Boot problems? I'll try that next time.
