No wonder PC sales are Nose diving

Hi there
I'm in the market for a decent laptop -- I don't want a huge screen but something decently portable that could be plugged into a nice large monitor / docking station when I'm not travelling -- a 14 inch screen is probably the largest I'd want.

So I saw a nice i7 powered ASUS at a decent price -- but looking at the Specs there is NOWHERE on it that says whether it has ANY USB ports at all (I'd ideally like 3 but could manage with 2 and I want USB3 ports).

So here's another customer they've lost -- not because the product is horrible -- but if the store can't be bothered to write even BASIC info in the spec then I'm not doing business with them. With PC sales declining they need to push for every sale they can make - but they aren't helping their own cause by omitting basic info and I'm not spending ages on the phone finding out either.

So guys - if any of you are in the selling business PLEASE present at least the "Usual" specs -- I'm sure also people DO want USB3 slots on a laptop now -- and they certainly want to know if they have ANY USB slots at all and how many.

Zooming in to the images that are provided for that specific Ultrabook, it seems that there are three USB ports. Two on the left, one on the right next to what seems to be an HDMI port. I have no way of telling if they're USB3 or not, but from what I'm seeing, the ports aren't blue (which is a USB3 indication).

this Asus site says it has 3usb ports 2-2.0 and 1-3.0 ,but im sure you already Binged and found that info ,nice laptop

Thanks for the info - however I wasn't trying to say that I couldn't FIND the info -- my point was that all this info should have been available on the VENDOR'S web site or a link pointing me to where it's available.

that's what i thought ,but i posted link anyway ,just to show how easy it is to find out the specs of anything we buy no matter where its being sold ,nothing personal
