Solved Desktop Icon Resolution

Hello, my laptop has an HD screen, 1920x1080 to be exact. Some of my desktop icons are out of focus and blurry, but others aren't. At first I assumed that those icons were not compatible with an HD screen or something, but then some of them fixed themselves. Others are still blurry. Anyone know what is causing this? Thanks!

I don't mean to bring up such an old topic, but I never got any answer. If no one knows, that is fine, but I just am curious if anyone knows what the deal is here. I am not sure, but I might know the problem. I think that in the icon resource files for the program, I assume the devs just didn't insert a high enough resolution icon? Can anyone confirm or deny? Thanks!

Right Click on the desktop and pull op Personalization and go to Display. Set the size back to 100%
