Hi

Please could you tell me your unstable problems you have had with Windows 8.
I always hear that Windows 7 is more stable. With me i keep having freeze ups
on Win 8 and it is so annoying and i don't know to why! This does not happen
all the time but i never know to when one is coming or not. I don't wanna go
back to 7 as i like 8 just hate when it freezes on me!:p

Will the new Win 8.1 be better for me?

That is kind of funny, because I have a million and one issues with Windows 8 but I have never had my laptop freeze and I have had it for eight months and I typically have a good 40 tabs open. Mind you my million and one issues compensate for the pain saved from it not freezing, but still.
My unstable issues include my browsers never working, the app store never loading anymore, the apps closing upon opening, and pretty much anything internet related.

Like Arnold Schwarzenegger said while he was driving in L.A....."Its bullshit"...Windows 8 is as stable as Windows 7, problems rise from bad hardware, bad installs, cracked programs and games, missing updates, etc.

Most of my problems arise from forced shutdowns causing errors on my hard drives, I do not trust Windows 8 to find and fix the errors, so I do it myself with Mini XP and other programs that can scan my whole disk. I also have a LOT of problems with Windows 8 staying connected to my router, I'll lose internet connectivity daily and I have to reboot the router, something I never had to do under Windows 7. Something in the Networking of Windows 8 causes a whole lotta problems, and you'll notice they removed the "Show Network Map" which was handy in Windows Vista and 7.
