Solved TTS David is missing

TTS Voice David is missing

hi

After enjoying David TTS Speech engine on win-8 betta, i installed win-8 pro upgrade on my lenovo X60 laptop and David is missing!
i do have the other 2 voices (Hazel and Zira) , but i don't like them, and i use TTS alot.
how do i get David?
is there support from microsoft for me ? how do i contact ?
i can not find answers on the forum or web

You could use voice recognition in windows accessabilities.

thanks for your replay.
i am afraid i don't understand your meaning.
i need only Text to speech option , (not Speech recognition), and when i go to the speech setting in control panel,
i only have option of these 2 voices i mentioned - Hazel and Zira
the option for David is missing.
(i was using David before on a number of computers (and also this laptop) in the 2 betta versions of windows 8.)

i have tried this search in google before and found nothing mentioned on missing David (strange)

I saw something here which suggests David is linked to the English (United States) language.

yes, i did see this post before, but since the solution was not relevant to me, i did not dig deeper
into the question that was asked there.
i do have English US installed, but when i went to control panel - Language -Options (on the US English row),
i found out that there is a Language pack update to install ((KB2607607 English US i think it was),
and even though, i already had a working US voice (Zira), once i installed the update,
David was on and working.
i am so happy. i have 2 more win-8 systems to install and i was worried..
