Win8 compatibility[please help me]

My Computer Features:

Intel Pentium Dual Core 2.50GHz processor.
2 GB RAM
1 GB NVIDIA GEFORCE 210 screen card.

Can I install Windows 8 64-bit?Please

I was running it in a system very similar to that, a Dell Precision 370 Workstation, Pentium D Dual. also I use the same Video card you have there, in this system here, I had a better nVidia card in that system. It should go in like butter!

If you can't get get 64 bit in, just use 32 bit, it's easier to deal with.

Something that is also required for 64 bit only is that the CPU support 64 bit instructions.

One thing you'll have to check is whether your CPU supports NX (no execute). Intel refers to it as the Execute Disable Bit. Here's an example:

ARK | Intel® Pentium® Processor E5200 (2M Cache, 2.50 GHz, 800 MHz FSB)

This one supports NX and 64 bit, so it should work.

Your CPU type should be visible in the System Control Pane.

Im not sure if that Dual Pentium does it, if it were a Pentium D, it would - Cos I made a 64 bit OS with one of those once, but it had the IA64 Instruxion Set.
