You got a buchcheck. A bugcheck (BSOD) is a mechanism to protect your PC from damage.

Make sure that you have enable memory dump. Refer to:

If you don't have one you should run Repair Windows from recovery / start up disk.

I'm going to be the odd one out here but I would say you've almost got more chance of winning the Euro millions Lottery than the RAM being defective. In all the years of using all sorts of computers I can say I've NEVER had RAM fail. I've had RAM that hasn't worked or been incompatible with a Mobo but if the computer gets at least into the BIOS (never mind about booting the OS) then the RAM will certainly NOT be the problem -- check if you open the machine though it's seated properly in the slots whether a laptop or desktop.

I've never had ram fail for me either. It would be very odd and I would be very surprised if it happened now. I don't have a backup image so I will try Recovery. If that still doesn't work I will use my repair disk. If anything happens whether it works or doesn't I'll be back to let you all know. It is fairly late though so I will have to do it early tomorrow morning.

I did a re-install and I also did a repair disk. Both didn't work. I did some research and a guy had the same problem. It was his usb network adapter. He had to uninstall it completely and have it re-install itself all over. I tried that for mine even though mine is not usb, its built in instead. But it worked for me as well! I have shut down and started up, and even restarted about 4 times now and I haven't gotten anything. So hopefully it doesn't come back. Thank you all so much for your advice and help!
