When I click on the View Devices and Printers in the Control Panel nothing happens... the bar turns green and keep hanging in there without displaying any information.
The printer works fine, I can see it in programs; I checked the Printer Spooler and the Blue Tooth Support services, they are both on, I tried stopping and restarting them, nothing works.
I have the problem probably for the past 2 o 3 months and never noticed it until I needed to access devices and drivers.
Ran file checker and fixed some corrupted files
I get no error message or error code, so I can't find any in "events'

Created a new user--didn't work (same problem with the new user)
I have a Samsung ML-1710
