Switching Power Plan Shortcut

I have a Dell XPS 13 and the F3 button has a battery sign on it. Pressing it brings up some battery meter property which does not really help as a day-to-day shortcut. Is there any way I can change that to toggling between two of my Power Plans ("Power Saving, High Performance") each time I press?

the problem with that tutorial is that I will need 2 shortcut keys to do the job? Correct me if I am wrong. I would actually like to have one shortcut key toggle between two power plans.

Since each power plan has a unique GUID number assigned to it, it will require a separate shortcut for each one.

If you like, I could whip up a tutorial where you could switch between power plans using the desktop context menu to make it a bit easier to use.

Oh what do you mean by desktop context menu? Does it mean that on pressing the shortcut, a pop-up appears on my mouse to select the power plan? That would be awesome!

A desktop context menu is when you right click on your desktop and would have an option to switch power plans that way.

An example would be like the tutorial below, but I would have it for the 3 default power plans instead.
