Solved Small black box

When I am using programs such as Microsoft Office, VisualBasics.Net and even the run part in the start menu (classic shell) I have a small black box that is in place where my small thin cursor should be. The black box is small but also covers some letters making it annoying and in the way, it also blinks like the normal cursor. I have tried few things to fix it, and a lot of searching through forums but I really cannot see another person with this problem.

I can upload pictures if needed, and would appreciate any help.

It looks like your cursor thickness got set to be way to thick. LOL

Check using the tutorial below to see what it's set as. 1 is default, but I like 2.

It was set to 20, it has been driving me crazy for days, and it was so simple ^-^
