Solved startup time very slow

On my HTPC, I used to be able to boot Win 8 Pro in about 12-15 seconds off of my M4 SSD. Recently it's taking almost a minute. Any ideas as to what could have caused the slowdown and where I should look? Thanks in advance.

-update. problem solved. Enabled hibernate and then fast boot.....
