Hello,
This is my 1st post on these forums so I hope I've posted it in the correct place.
I have been having allot of issues since upgrading from Windows 7 Home Premium (64-Bit) to 8 Pro (64-Bit). I am thinking of doing a system refresh, but, I don't want to loose my Norton 360 & Office 2013 Professional Plus. Is there any way of backing these files up before I do the refresh, and will I be able to put them back on?
Thank you soooo much
-Jack
