I would like to recommend an excellent book on installing, setting up, and tweaking Windows 8 from the point of view of the power user.

The title is 'Configure The Windows 8 "To Work" Options' by Noel Carboni of ProDigital Software.

Configure The Windows 8 "To Work" Options by Noel Carboni, ProDigital Software

Price is $4.99.

I have gone through it page by page and item by item. I knew quite a few of the things discussed, but I still learned quite a bit.

I'll attach screenshots of the chapter pages.

I'll get a copy of the book.

Checked your other links too. Cyber crimes!

FYI here's a link to Infragard. https://www.infragard.net/

Needless to say the illicit activity is monumental and getting bigger and worse.
