If you install Rocket Dock in Windows 8, it comes with an icon for 'All Control Panel Items'. This may be useful - especially for people who migrated from XP.

Hi Shawn,

The Rocket Dock is one of the first helpers I always install because it is so useful. So for me, the Control Panel icon comes for free.
