Taskbars customization

hello not long ago i got a second monitor and have both of them running on my pc i just wanted to know if there was a way to instead of making another bar on the second screen but some how stretching it so the start button will stay bottom left on the left screen and the date&time plus notifications would stay on the bottom right of the right screen. i have added a pretty crappy photoshoped picture of what i want

Hmm! pretty interesting idea. Attempted to do so, however, it (at least at the moment) it would appear no. Now that doses not mean it cannot be done, just I can't.
