can someone please help - I'm going demented! I have a new Samsung lap top nd set up the Microsoft account to an email address - it is the main one for my computer but wont accept the password, I have changed it several times and each time I try again I have the same problem - I can't get into things as its looking for the password which it wont accept! I have deleted the account hoping that would prompt something - but no - even more problems!! I do have another account that I have set up and have added as an additional user - how do I get this one onto the main one for my lap top? as I am no further forward except wishing I hadn't bought the lap top or windows *! I'm frustrated to death and the hours spent on this rather than doing work is driving me mad - any help would be greatfully received please! Thank you!
Not sure what the actual problem is, however, at this point I would take it back to the store you bought it from and get them to help you fix the problem. If you have the ability to reset your system by running recovery that is one way of hopefully fixing the problem. By running recovery you place the laptop back in the factory mode thus giving the chance to attempt to reset the system. . .Good luck.
Thank you...........the joys of internet purchase...........the lap top is working fine it all seems to be the Microsoft password elements! Perhaps I just need to reset to factory settings and start again? anyone else having this issue? I did a quick look before I joined and it seemd a few others were having this problem - but I cant find that thread at all now.................definitely loosing the will now
