Solved Command to open a toolbar

Does anyone know a Voice Recognition command to access or open a toolbar?
I've tried "click + toolbar name" "open + toolbar name" "press + toolbar name"

Try 'show numbers' then use the number on the toolbar.

It has been a long time since I played with all of that...

I use a lot for emails and in forums. It's faster at opening programs than using the mouse.
It acts a little strange in spreadsheets. It's definitely faster to use the number pad for calculator than saying one digit at a time.

I was wondering the same thing but how to do it with a KEYBOARD rather than the mouse. Voice recognition works as above.
