How can i make my laptop's windows 8 same as my pc

Hello,

i want to make my laptop (hp pavilion g6 win8 64-bit) exactly like my pc. I mean to have every option the same and everything in the registry to be the same. Is there a way i can do this automatically? because its waste of time to do everything manually.

I'm not TOO terribly sure, but I think if you use the recimg command in Windows 8, you can export a custom install.wim file, then register that as the active refresh install.wim file to run on your desktop so you can get the pretty much exact same set up as on the laptop.
