Solved Reset "Warning" dialouge box

I don't know if Windows 8 no longer includes this or I somehow check the checkbox to never show this message again. However when ever I go to delete a file it automatically move to the recycle bin without asking me if i'm sure. I'm pretty sure windows 7 used to do that, and I don't remember checking the check box in Windows 8.

How can I get this back so I can be sure not delete something I really need

Did some googleing and I had to right click on recycle bin and go to properties and go to check box that says display warning.
