Keep “toast” notifications up until I close them?

I want the toast notifications to stay up until I:

    • Hover over the toast
    • Click on it (it currently closes after this)
    • Click the X (also, currently closes after this)

Basically, keep it open until I interact with it.
For those of you who didn't know (I didn't know it was a "toast" until someone told me), a toast is this:

    Hello Minicl,

You could use the tutorial below to set a long enough amount time to keep toast notifications open for to work for what you want. Option Three may be best for this.

Notifications - Change Stay Open Time in Windows 8

    Hope this helps,

Is there a way to make just toast notifications stay up longer? I like having those Notification Area Notices go away after a bit.

Yep, you could use OPTION THREE to set it for however many seconds for how long you like.
