Windows 8 is installed on D drive, how to change to C?

    It can, in fact, be done. However, you probably won't like the results.

    The reason is that the registry is filled with references to drive letters, and those locations will no longer be correct and lots of stuff will give you problems. However, if you insist on doing it, you can boot with your Windows 8 install DVD, and when you get to the first screen press Shift-F10, then run diskpart.exe and change the drive letter via command line.
