Please help. I can't get into my Documents folder.

I'm not really sure where to post this, there doesn't seem to be a 'help' forum here.

I can't get into my Documents folder.
Every time I go to get into it, this little pop up message come up.

    It tells me:

" "Documents.library-ms" is no longer working.
This library can be safely deleted from your computer.
Folders that have been included will not be affected."

I have also include an image of the message.

What do forum? I'm really devastated at the moment

    *Edit:
It also happens when I try to get into my Pictures folder. Just lays "Pictures.library-ms" etc etc etc comes up.

Just go ahead and right clik on the lndividual library you are having an issue with and delete it, then in the navigation pane, left side of screen, right click on Libraries and select 'restore default libraries'

I've had this happen to me today and this fixed it, however I am wanting to know WHY this happens and how I can prevent it from happening again.

Just to say Thank you to DMHolt57 for the answer to this rather distressing problem. It happened to me yesterday and I freaked (A lot of Family pictures, Panto documents (I direct pantomimes...) and Childcare Diploma work all seemingly no longer accessible I could have cried!) Having logged off yesterday hoping the computer hadn't loaded properly for some reason I was very disheartened to find it the same this morning. So glad Google came up with this thread as that worked brilliantly.

This doesn't work for me I have made it to getting the libraries back but when I right click or even press delete on any of the folders or even the libraries part itself my screen just flashes and closes the folder. pls help I have been searching for hours and no suggestion has helped me. This computer wasn't cheap and I haven't even had it for a month.
