Please help. I can't get into my Documents folder.

I'm not really sure where to post this, there doesn't seem to be a 'help' forum here.

I can't get into my Documents folder.
Every time I go to get into it, this little pop up message come up.

It tells me:

" "Documents.library-ms" is no longer working.
This library can be safely deleted from your computer.
Folders that have been included will not be affected."

I have also include an image of the message.

What do forum? I'm really devastated at the moment :(

*Edit:
It also happens when I try to get into my Pictures folder. Just lays "Pictures.library-ms" etc etc etc comes up.

I've had this happen to me today and this fixed it, however I am wanting to know WHY this happens and how I can prevent it from happening again.

Just to say Thank you to DMHolt57 for the answer to this rather distressing problem. It happened to me yesterday and I freaked (A lot of Family pictures, Panto documents (I direct pantomimes...) and Childcare Diploma work all seemingly no longer accessible I could have cried!) Having logged off yesterday hoping the computer hadn't loaded properly for some reason I was very disheartened to find it the same this morning. So glad Google came up with this thread as that worked brilliantly.

This doesn't work for me :( I have made it to getting the libraries back but when I right click or even press delete on any of the folders or even the libraries part itself my screen just flashes and closes the folder. pls help I have been searching for hours and no suggestion has helped me. This computer wasn't cheap and I haven't even had it for a month.
