I used Windows 8 for long time, there are two suggestions, do not know how to send to Microsoft.
1. Add the Tile Group function, all the installed win32 program create a Tile Group on Start Screen, like the iOS, this will decrease the tile amount on Start Screen, and let users easily find the shortcuts, they can drop the tiles in Tile Group to any location.
2. Beautify the tile UI, for example add the glass effect...

Add more suggestions if you are interesting this.

There are tile groups already. You can create them as you wish.

They deliberately removed glass from the UI. They won't be adding it back in.

My means that the tile group is only a tile, click the tile to show all sub-tiles, like the iOS.

You mean like a cascading menu in Windows 7?

What you are suggesting is a good idea, albeit MS is not going to listen at this point in the game. Eight at present is set in stone, and by all articles that are written about win 8 it would appear that nothing will change until possibility Windows 8 Blue sometime this Summer.
