Hello all.. this is driving me insane.
I was brought a laptop that had its lid closed and upon opening up and relogging on to windows account only goes to a black screen with cursor, I can ctrl alt del and get into the menu for switching user, signing out, task manager etc....but I cannot get to the regular desktop. Also, after I let it sit for a little while on the black screen it cycles pictures from the pictures folder like a screensaver.
How do I get it out of this crazy screensaver picture mode?
