Win 7 to Win 8 with media pack

    Hello
When I upgraded to Win 8 I first got the media pack product key so when I was going through the process I entered the key and got the Media pack during the download.
I have sent a request via the appropriate route for the pack to be sent to my address for my laptop; I know there is one key per pc.
It said it would take up to 72 hours but I have not received it. I called but some person who I could not understand well gave me a site which was the same I initially tried. This time it said it could not be executed.
Perhaps it was because of the address being the same but I am not sure. Is MS closing out this offer?
Once you get the "free" pack does it expire in 3 months?
    Thank you
    Peter

i, i applied for media pack with 3 different email addresses and each time when the email came it was automatically sent to Junk mail ,thats why they give warning /advise you to look in the junk folder for the email ,on the key request site .
    good luck

I check my junk folder daily -thank you. I received my first media pack back before Christmas. I have a feeling they have stopped, but have no way of knowing that..

    >>I goofed and you are correct. My fingers got ahead of my brain. I sent the first request about 10 days ago then sent the second with a new address about 5 days ago. I check my junk folders. If I remember correctly you have to have the product key before you start the process for the iso file.
