    So here we are...

A few months after official retail release and I am still enjoying Windows 8 like I was on the very first day of the Developer Preview.

I hope Microsoft continues with this path as the performance, speed, reliability and usability in Windows 8 far exceeds any other version of Windows for me.

As with you I am happy with win 8. Been using it also since DP, and am at the point it just feels natural moving through the OS. Went into my VM of win 7 this morning to play around a bit, and it just didn't feel right anymore.

Yep! Not having to justify it to people any more either. They're finding out for themselves it's a-ok. I think the Developer Preview, as well as the low cost is allowing people to test it out faster and easier.

Remember Project Mojave? Opened people's eyes that were given the opportunity when otherwise they wouldn't have had it.

What's funny is the ones that hate it so much, that when they (actually) try it they do a quick 180 and change their minds.

I'm still getting used to Win8, but there are a few things I love and a few I don't. I'm using Classic shell, so that's my "crutch". I really like the performance and "snappiness" on my older PC. Things move along very well and I haven't had a BSOD or lock-up yet... I shouldn't have typed that!

I'm still loving it, even more and more with Decor8. Wow! I have a red winter/Christmas theme going on my Desktop, and my Start Screen background is my Desktop wallpaper slideshow, but filtered in red. So burgundy colored tiles with a red filtered image, looks awesome!

Navigation is real nice when you have a touch enabled mouse. The Microsoft Touch Mouse was recently updated for Windows 8 gesture support, it's pretty fantastic to use.

Good idea, I need a new keyboard and mouse. I'll look at the Microsoft Touch Mouse if it's that much better. Thanks!

For a keyboard, I'd recommend the Logitech K750, it's a wireless solar powered keyboard. Pretty neat as well!

Although I need to charge it...
