how do i stop that clock flashing

hi when im moving the curser around that clock keeps flashing up I do I get rid of it?

As far as I know the clock only pops up in Start when you go to the Charms bar. So, as long as you don't activate the Charms bar you shouldn't see the clock. Perhaps don't scroll to quick to the right with your mouse? The screen edges contains commands in Windows 8, which is a completely new feature.
