Don't really understand what the errorlog has to do with a lagging computer. How do you know for sure that it is related?

Had your computer allways been lagging? Perhaps the pc is lagging due to third party software? E.a. certain virusscanners etc.?

If I were you I would do a clean install (first Win7, no drivers! etc. then Win8 upgrade). Is the pc not lagging then I would start installing the third party software one by one. Everytime checking if the pc starts lagging.

When I first upgraded to Win8 my pc started lagging a lot to while playing Civilization V. I did a clean install and the problem was gone. It turned out it was a problem with the graficscard drivers (AMD) that didn't liked the upgrade.

    Good luck!!!
