    That Navigation Sheet is supposed to be in 8.1? I don't remember seeing it in my 8.1 machine.

    Here's a "Desktop All-Apps." Put this in your Startup folder and you'll get the Desktop with this window open.

    I have 8.0, but it might work for 8.1 as well.
