Boot Window 7 from Windows 8

I need to know all options to boot a Windows 7 OS from a computer where I've installed Windows 8

Windows 8 is installed on PC:
(A)Could I install Window 7 direclty on USB?
and/or
(B)Must I to create a VHD on USB, Install windows 7 on it and boot Windows 7 from USB but using that VHD??

Best installed to a HD Drive.

I have Window 8 Installed, I can't install Windows 7 first
My question is not that, I need to know if is possible and supported these options:

Windows 8 is installed on PC
A) Create a VHD on PC, install Window 7 on it and create a dual boot
B) Create a VHD on USB, install Window 7 on it and create a dual boot
C) Install Windows 7 directly on USB
