Need help installing GTA 4 onto my computer

I recently bought GTA 4 and need help installing it one my computer. Windows 8 operating system, 4GB ram, 500 GB hard drive; the game will not install correctly, it just says my system is incompatible with the game. Anyone have any help/advice here?

This is GTA 4 for PC, should anyone ask which version.

My new laptop is on the way! YaY! So I am preparing myself to install a software package that I know is compatible with Windows 8. It is very large-over 20 gig-and demands a lot of RAM when installing and then 'indexing' itself which can take 8 hours, at least. My question is, given the 'lock'...
Windows 8 worked great until I shut it down, went to turn it back on and it is HIBERNATING. I shut it down, took the battery out, left it plugged out, but when I try to turn it back on it just says "hibernating". Does anyone know how to get windows 8 out of hybernation.
I just recently bought a new 64gb SSD and installed it into my computer as the case manufacturer said in the instructions. I did everything as planned, then plugged my computer back in, to turn it on and get a black screen. No bios or anything. I tried plugging it into my alternate display to see...
