    Are you on a netbook? Or are you using like, an extremely old CRT monitor? If it's lower than 1024x768 you can't use the "Metro" apps.

Hi, I install Windows 8102 on my laptop dell vostro 1400 and i've got big problem with resolution. In options max resolution is 1024x768 but recommended is 800x600 but on my laptop when i've got windows 7 i using 1280x800 because its my laptops resolution. It's nothing new, but because of the new Task Manager I started to care about it after installing Windows 8. Normally my internet speed is only about 1 mbps (~8 mbit).
