The new Start of Windows 8

Hello everyone,

I just started using Windows 8... I've got a dual screen setup and I have one question about it.

Is it possible to open the start menu on both screens? Because when I'm surfing on the internet and I like to open something else through the start menu I won't be able to see my internet page which is "kind of" implemented in it "because it's an app??".

Anyone?

Thanks.

Also is it possible to use multiple "apps" on different screens? I haven't found an option to do this...

It's very irritating to lose sight of an app that's running because I have to go to the start menu to "open" something or w/e.

Thanks in advance

Metro can only be opened full screen on one monitor. You can move it over to your other monitor but you cannot span it across both or resize it. The only way to get it across more that one monitor, that I know of, is using Eyefinity or something similar. That fools windows into thinking your dual monitors are only one big monitor. If you screen is big enough you can use Metro Snap to put two metro apps on screen at once in a 1/3 2/3 layout. Metro is not dual monitor friendly to say the least.
