I have tried to download a photo to EBay. without success. it was very easy in windows 7. My question is where can I place the picture to achieve a download instantly. I tried to copy it from all places that are available to hold a photo only to no avail. I gave up in the end and used one on Ebay that was similar. Very frustrated that I have been downloading pictures for years without problems.
