I apologize if I have posted this in the wrong section and please let me know if I have, but I'm looking for help. I just installed adobe reader and had to restart my computer after the install. My system has been stuck at 12% of "Configuring windows update" for about 30 minutes now. Even though it said not to restart the computer, I tried that anyways. It restarts at 7% of the update and then works its way back up to 12% where it freezes again. I'm very new to windows 8 and would appreciate any help that can be give.
I saw in some posts, people were asking what specific computer I was running. Below is my computers info.
