Refresh taking forever

Hi
New to the forum. I made a custom refresh point using command line recimg with no issue. my image is about 40gb in size. I ran the refresh tonight and I saw the "touch the corners" screen and the "just a few more things screen etc. All ok....then my screen turned blue (not bsod) with a spinning cursor. I have hd activity...keeps flashing like it is working...but it has been over an hour now. Should I pull the power or wait it out? How long does a 40gb refresh take on average?

I'd just wait overnight for the refresh to finish. 40 gigs sounds like it'll take a length of time longer than an hour.

Both this read and this one, among others, indicate that the refresh procedure should not take long. I suspect you are hung up.

Guys it worked, I was probably just not patient enough to wait it out a few hours. I slept for about 6 hrs and it was finished when I woke up. Checked everything, the only thing I had to do was repair a few programs in the market but other than that it went fine. Thanks for all the help.
